My front steps were crumbling and needed replacing. I called 3 companies to quote. Via Dezigns was the only one that said they would have to be completely demolished and replaced them with all new concrete, rebar and stone. Yigel the owner said he would arrange for the engineer, drawings and all permits at his cost. I checked out a job he did as well as others he showed me. We gave him the go ahead- and were are glad we did. During the demolition we could see everything was cracked and rotted. His crew was great and he got the job done and completed perfectly within 2 months from start to finish. I would very highly recommend Yigel and his company Via Dezigns for any concrete project! First called them last fall about a leak. They came quickly and found it was some loose flashing - and fixed it for $250. Based on that experience, I called them in to do a complete Roof Onspection, just to check if my roof was in good shape. They said everything was good for another 5-10 years except for a small area that had sunk. They said they would need to replace a few sheets of roof plywood and the shingles. They came and fixed it - and the crew they sent were amazingly professional, explained everything and cleaned up before they left. I would not call anyone other than T Simpson based on these 2 amazing experiences. I found them truthful, reliable, they sent experienced people - and I learned they also do many other types of work. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends.
