Beautiful new house that it took a lot of effort to build. I bought all my fixtures from Fibretec. Happy with all except the juzzi. Have not had a usable tub in the master bedroom since January. Calls/texts/voicemails completely ignored. I am quite dumbfounded by the service. Call you back Monday. Ignored by sales manager. Send me a video of the problem (?) ignored. Emails ignored. Messagese left with reception promising call back ignored. Texts ignored. If you happen to get the manager, it is always call back on Monday. Not going to happen. Good quality products as a whole. They sell a lot of lifetime warranty products. Allows them avoid any follow up. Pricing is good, I don’t expect any resolution without small claims court. Six months in still waiting for a bath. The shower works perfectly though. Run not walk away.
