Michael and Charles were great to work with, and the quality of the product was excellent. We had four sets of zebra shades installed. The process was quick, taking about 3 to 4 weeks from the time they quoted me to the completion of the installation. Michael was fast on the email replies and Charles was very knowledgeable during the consultation process. We will use this company again!

We had an urgent venting issue that meant our gas line was turned off until it could be resolved, so we needed immediate support so we could have heat/hot water in our house again. Their office called me within 30 mins of my request on Home Stars and were super communicative throughout. Ronnie and his partner who came this morning were incredibly informative, kind, and answered all our questions (not to mention very respectful of our home by putting on shoe covers when they came inside). Their excellent and timely work meant our problem was resolved in under 18 hours from the time the issue was identified. Highly recommend!

Ethan was absolutely amazing to work with. He was fast to respond, explained issues and solutions in detail, did his due diligence on other aspects of the repairs to ensure no piece was overlooked, and best of all he answered any and all questions without making you feel stupid for asking them! can’t say enough about how fantastic Joseph and Wayne were in the moving process. They were on time, incredibly friendly, wore their masks the whole time (COVID), efficient, careful with all our items, and generally just great to work with! Plus, the price for their service was absolutely the best of the various quotes we received. Patrice who coordinated our move was very communicative, took time to explain everything in detail, and was very accommodating of updates/changes. A huge thank you to all of them for their outstanding service. We will absolutely use this company again and recommend them to others!

Alex was fantastic! Super fast with communication, flexible with our tight timelines, and just generally great to work with. He removed our kitchen backsplash and did a bunch of drywall and patching work for us and all the end result was awesome. Highly recommend!
