I did my research on the product I was looking for and then went over to CAS, where they seem to have every make and model you could possibly want in stock, and on display. Les Rowlett greeted us and took us through the showroom, giving us the stats and information on each make/model of interest to me. Once we made our decision, we sat with Les and discussed price. He was professional, personable and had a great sense of humour! We ended up with, in my estimation, a great price, and the laundry set was delivered, set up and installed within 3 days. Excellent customer service, products and pricing. I highly recommend this store!

Sam came to give me a quote and I was immediately impressed by his knowledge, his quiet and unassuming manner, and his sincerity. He gave me some advice on the need for extra roof vents, as well as a quote on providing and installing a new solar powered skylight. He came back a second time so my husband could meet him and ask some questions about the work that I had not thought to ask on his first visit. He was patient and seemed pleased to be able to provide information and answer any and all questions we had. He arrived this morning to do the job and completed the work in less than 5 hours. That included removing and replacing all the shingles, underlayment, ice and water shield on that portion of the roof that housed the skylight, opening the roof to accommodate the size of the new skylight, building a curb for and installing the skylight and new flashing, plus installing 3 new roof vents. The clean-up was great. I would absolutely highly recommend Sam for his excellent work and plan to provide his name to anyone in the neighbourhood looking for a roofer or skylight installer!
