Recently had issues with my Samsung refrigerator not dumping made ice cubes. After the frustration of trouble shooting it myself and getting nowhere, I called in the professionals. Kyle quickly responded to my request and came out just as quickly. He assessed the problem and was able to order and install the needed new auger in short order. Besides being friendly and courteous, what stood out to me was him taking time to go through the cost options of repairing the fridge to replacing the whole thing with a newer one.
