I had rising water in my basement, Sergio came over in about an hour the same evening I called. He said I needed a sump pump and showed me how he could install one under the stairs in my occupied rented basement with minimal disruption to the apartment. He and his team came 3 days later and he was able to accommodate a last minute upgrade to a top of the line sump pump with battery back-up (my request). Everything was done and installed within 6 hours exactly the way he said it would be. He came by 3 days later with my completed paperwork to apply for a city rebate. I am very pleased to have the sump pump.

My front cement pad cracked badly over the winter plus my front step was broken and the corner of my house was crumbling at its base. Ilhan and his brother (and nephew) came quickly after being contacted to quote. The work was done in stages over 3 days where they removed the damaged cement, laid a new cement pad, poured me a new front step and fixed the corner of my house to look like new. It was finished with a nice coat of paint. They did exactly what they said they would and in a very timely manner. They were all very friendly and professional. I am happy with the outcome.
