I hired Air Legend Inc to instal a NEW 2 ton carrier AC JUNE 31 2020 and apparently due to poor workmanship and installation work my NEWER AC stopped working the 3rd year; it only lasted 2 winters or 3 summers and when I called them up reported the issue to my absolute surprise they are telling me now to find other HVAC company to check & fix their instal and saying we are too busy and cant take care of the service issue.. This AC is still under warranty and I requested them to kindly come check and repair the malfunction, and even agreed to pay for their technician visit but unfortunately they are only interested or prompt when they were selling you the unit these ACs are suppose to last for many many years, if correctly professionally installed. My honest advice please Dont work with Air Legend Inc they are not trust worthy, very disappointing, bad customer service & totally unreliable company!

Hi Sharjeel,

We understand your frustration regarding this issue as today is a hot day.

However, to explain in detail, you called one of our technicians today to report a repair needed for your AC. As a side note, AC units, like any other appliances, are machines and therefore can break down at any point due to malfunctioning parts. If this was an issue with our installation, this malfunction would have been evident within the first day of you turning on your AC. Your AC was installed correctly and on correct procedure and that is why it worked perfectly for 3 years.

Our technician kindly explained to you that since your labour warranty had ended over 2 years ago, we would now have to charge you for a visit to diagnose the issue. Our visit fee is very reasonable and was offered to you, which you accepted. You requested that a technician be sent out to you immediately, which is quite unreasonable as it is very short notice and we have to prioritize our customers with valid labour warranty, just like we would have prioritized you if your labour warranty was still active and valid. When our technician called you back to let you know we will be sending a service technician out to you as soon as possible, despite the high volume of customers today as it is a very hot day, you informed him that you will be writing a negative review.

Regardless of this, we had reached out to you on this same day to try and resolve this issue as we do not like to see our customer's dissatisfied with us under any circumstance. For this reason, we immediately took action to find a technician for you last minute in the midst of a very busy day where other customers had scheduled appointments, so we can ensure you receive the help and service you required. Our technician was at your. home within 2-3 hours of you calling in and resolved this issue within 1 hour of arriving at your home.

We value our customers and provide excellent customer service regardless of wether it is a new installation or for a repair. We can not however unreasonably prioritize a repair job that does not have valid labour warranty that ended over 2 years ago. We hope you understand and hope that this cleared things up for you further.
