We have 3 units. I was looking for post control company to handle cockroach issue. So, Vlad responded to my voice mail in 5 minutes. He fit me in his schedule for the next day. He sent preparation form and explained verbally. He came on time. Did the job. He came back in 2 weeks and did follow up treatment just to be sure. This guy did his job very professional manner.
