They were working on services in my neighborhood and I walked over to see if they could give me a quote on work I had been considering for several weeks. They were knowledgeable and gave me feedback on all of the trees on my property. I had 3 trees removed that were too close to house foundation, and 2 more that were in very bad shape and unlikely to survive many more winters. All work was completed that day and clean up was thorough...it's almost like the trees were never there. They cut as close to level with the ground as possible. Their specific feedback on other trees allowed me to contact city to advise of a diseased municipal tree on my property that should be looked at and replaced.

Received call the day after I posted my project details on HomeStars website. Provided details of what I wanted done and clarified what I did NOT need to have done on the project. Robbie was available to do the work the very next day. He let me know when he was enroute and as requested, texted me from my driveway when he arrived (so as not to set off the dog alarm). He removed the original hardware, expanded the bolt hole to the required diameter and cleaned up after the work was done. He also checked over the hardware I was installing and offered up some tips to ensure that I would have minimal headaches for myself that may require calling him to come back. Overall a great experience and he was generous with information which really was helpful for me. Very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him or use him if circumstances required his services in the future.

Date scheduled for work with time agreed to be confirmed day prior. Unfortunately last minute rescheduling but they texted and called early in the day to rearrange and Phil and teammate arrived at time agreed upon. Work done quickly but efficiently and results were quite evident when the pooled water suddenly started to pour out ot the plugged downspout. Everything cleared out and properly disposed of. Phil did a walk around the entire house to also check the downspout drainage at ground level and made some suggestions to deal with potential issues. Friendly service that delivered as promised with work done effectively to allow me the most use of my own day. Certainly would use these folks again and would highly recommend their services as excellent value.

Discarding an old and unused hot tub / spa. Received return phone call to my query and appointment was arranged to have someone come by and look things over and provide quotation at my convenience. Clear understanding of what the process would be for removal and discard, along with what they could and could not be responsible for (electrical disconnection which is very reasonable and I had that properly taken care of by licensed professional). Team of 4 arrived at the arranged time and I was contacted a little more than a half hour in advance of their arrival. Everything was done to minimize collateral mess and team worked well to keep things moving along so the job was completed in very good time. I would not hesitate to use their services again and certainly would recommend.
