Marwa in Markham

I had a plumbing emergency caused by a leaky valve in my laundry room. It was late at night and my husband tried to fix it but it was still leaking. I called Tyler right away as he's my go to guy for plumbing (has changed all the toilets in my house and has been fabulous). I texted him per his instruction and he responded right away. He gave instructions on how to do it properly since it was still leaking. Even after I said we did all that he emphasized what he said as it's a common issue (didn't know that!). My husband was able to stop the leak following Tyler's direction! This could have been a huge disaster as the water was close to entering the common area as it had been leaking for a while before it was caught. Tyler was so fast in his response I honestly was blown away. It was late and he was already working at another jobsite. Nobody does that and I have used tons of trades. And he didn't accept payment from me for it! If you need a plumber, he is your guy, 100%. Thanks again Tyler! Really appreciate it! Marwa
