My chimney was badly damaged so I received a few quotes. Bill's was very reasonable and he clearly knew what he was talking about. He is a chimney expert - hence the name of his company. Obviously with the COVID restrictions he had to wait for the OK and during that time he kept me well informed. His communications were excellent. Finally the crew arrived punctually this week, working very hard to complete the task in just over a day. There were some extras needed to the fireplace and for cleanup, all done extremely well. The crew was hard working, safety conscious, polite and thorough. I was more than pleased with the work.
