Michael was very thorough in his inspection and uncovered several items that would otherwise have gone unnoticed by others. He also classified the urgency of remediating the issues (immediate, regular maintenance). The report was very professionally completed - in addition to it being easy to navigate (with photos) - it also listed what needed to be done to fix some of the issues cited. During the inspection, he answered any questions I raised. I would not hesitate to use his company for any future home inspection engagements.
