I had 4 windows replaced in late 2018. Ever since it was installed, I knew there was something wrong with the window. There is condensation, ice buildup along the bottom of the window in winter. I can feel wind leakage and cold spots. I made many complaints and they just keep saying condensation is caused by heating in my house. I gave them very poor review in Google review and they won't even answer my call after that. 2 months ago, when weather warmed up. I notice that there is moisture in between the panes of the window. I called and left message but no one return call. Today I called again and just busy signal all day. Look at Google and it said permanently closed. There goes my lifetime warranty. Well lesson learned, price does matter. You get what you paid for.
