My Dishwasher stopped working - the water wouldn't drain and the dishwasher was making a crackling noise. Samsung gave us Totem Appliance's # to fix it, however Totem wasn't able to come until a week later. Of course we couldn't wait a week so we called Appliance Matters who does numerous jobs for the property mgnt company that I work for, to see if he can fix it and fix it asap. Even with his busy schedule, Joey fit us in the next day. Joey found the problem, fixed it, and did a few tests to make sure the dishwasher is working soundly - all done in about an hour! The dishwasher is working perfectly normal now. i also asked him to install filter on my fridge and he doesn't bother to charge for labour on it. Professional & friendly service, quick, knowledgeable and reasonably price. Thank you joey, you are awesome. I strongly recommend.
