Re: Quality Assistance by Simply Green Home Energy/Crown Crest Capital Trust phone Representative re: Double-billing Issue (recent past and present Service Providers). This Rep's instructions re: how to resolve the matter and prompt reply that in future I should only be receiving the one invoice for hot water heater rental was, in my opinion, professional in every way, and I only wish that every customer service Rep I deal with (of various types) is as knowledgeable, efficient, genuinely helpful and customer service-oriented as this particular Rep with Simply Green Home Energy/Crown Crest Capital Trust.
