Scott really impressed me with taking the time to educate me, explaining the options to improve the air conditioning in our master bedroom. He was super responsive and his team (Kam and Vali) who installed the unit did a great job. They carefully covered the floors and stairs with blankets to make sure nothing is damaged. The installation was great and Kam, the team lead, took his time to explain how the unit is going to be installed and how it would look after the installation was complete to make sure the expectations are properly set, so no surprises at the end of the installation. I am very pleased with the result and the service and happy that I found those guys. There is no doubt that they will be my preferred contractors for future projects.

It was a very pleasant experience working with Ilir - from the quote till the project was completed. Everything he promised was delivered and even exceeded my expectations.
