After 15 years, my furnace broke down. Of all days, of course, on a Saturday!! I called Infiniti. Farhad, within 3 hours sent over a technician (Hesam) who informed me that the motor is gone. Called back Farhad who diligently & carefully explained to me all the options including fixing versus replacing the furnace. Long story short, as it was Saturday & the weather was called, Hesam came back Sunday to replace it. 3 or so hours later, job was completed. Amazing professional people & at a good price. Thank you Hesam & thank you Farhad.
