We initially contacted GreyRock Exteriors for assistance with assessing damages to our home following a substantial hail storm. We had been referred by neighbours who had previous repairs completed by the company. They were very happy with the workmanship and provided us with a contact for Jason, the company’s Senior Project Manager. Jason responded immediately and was willing to provide us with a free estimate in spite of how busy they must have been with all of the necessary repairs in our area. Within days, we had a quote and Jason talked us through the process of dealing with our insurance company. He was incredibly patient as we were forced to wait for our insurance adjuster to give the go ahead to start the process. When the work on our home finally commenced, Jason came out to allow us to select our new roof colour and walk us through what we could expect over the next couple of weeks. In the time that the roofing crew was present, my husband and I could not have been more pleased. We were informed regularly on the status of our roof as well as the arrival and departure times for the work crew. All of the gentleman we encountered were incredibly polite and considerate during the repair process and each day when they left, the areas around our home were left spotless with the transformation of our roof being the only indicator that they had been there. As a tradesman, my husband was incredibly impressed with the level of care the crew showed to our home. We were also grateful for the kindness the work crew showed to our large dogs who will likely miss all of the attention they received. Professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and efficient are words I would use to describe this company. Our completed repairs look amazing and we could not be more thankful to Jason and his crew for their exceptional work.
