I requested for a service in the evening for an oven repair, and I had a response the very next minute from Tony. I am a stay-at-home mom with a young baby and I really liked that Tony was careful to wear protective gear all around. He worked with integrity by telling me on the spot discoveries he was making. He made sure everything was as clean as he found it when he finished. Tony took the time to explain what the issue was, what was involved in the repair, and gave me an estimate before starting any work. The job was eventually resolved and the stove had to be pretty much disassembled to get at the faulty parts fixed. When it was all done, the oven worked properly and there was no surprise with the bill whatsoever. I was very pleased with the quality of service as well as the customer relations. A job well done! I will personally reach out to this company again for future needs and am more than happy to recommend them to my friends and family!
