Basement reno and build of basement stairs
Clarity was terrific - we discussed budget, shared spreadsheets regularly with costs and markup, discussed contractors , used text and emails for rapid communication while I was at work, and Clarity was open to anything I wanted to try and came up with creative solutions like a barn door which they sourced and installed perfectly. In addition, I felt comfortable with their preferred contractors - younger articulate trades professionals whether woodworker, taper or the terrific (female) stair carpenter. Noah worked with my architect. All in all a great experience after many not-great reno experiences.
