Hired Kevin to build new outdoor porch stairs and a railing down to the sidewalk. He replied promptly, was patient with my delays and came back when I was ready to proceed. He showed up when he said he would. He offered me a number of options and detail choices. Then the jobs were done quickly and well. There was no 'up-selling, no last minute 'extras' and no pressure to scale up the job. A second railing to the sidewalk at my side door is still to be done but the concrete there is older and Kevin is looking at options for there, rather than promising he can do it without actually knowing how he was going to do it. That kind of integrity is invaluable.

Mark responded to my Homestars request within 30 minutes and he was available at my convenience within a day or two. He was on time and came fully prepared to handle anything the job could throw at him. He really knows what he's doing when it comes to dryer vents. He left the place clean and tidy and I'll be contacting him again in the future. Thank you for a job well done. Lorne
