My refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling, so I searched on HomeStars looking for someone reputable. I chose Rick Appliance Repair and called about the problem. Rick came the next day, assessed the problem, and warned me of possible issues that could cause the problem, but he felt it was mainly a relay causing the issue. Rick was very open to questions, and answered honestly and openly. I gave him the go ahead, and it started right up. It is now 6 weeks later and it is still working perfectly. A simple $200 repair, but it saved me so much grief, since replacing the fridge would have meant altering and removing cabinets to fit a different one in the opening. My wife and I are so grateful for finding someone who we can trust. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and have already passed his number on to friends who need someone they can trust.
