After measuring the counters, the quartz came in a week earlier than we were told. Brandon and Andres were very professional and friendly, not only did they answer all our questions but they encouraged talking. The join between slabs you can not see. Envision's quote stood out from the rest, it was thorough and complete, nothing was missed and it showed that Envision knew their business. So it was an easy choice to go with Envision. We were given a list of suppliers to make our choices for the en-suite. But the tile we wanted only came from a different supplier. No troubles, Envision added them to their list of suppliers. We were issued a detailed construction itinerary complete with payment schedule. The work and the payments proceeded on schedule even though Christmas was in the middle. We finished on time and on budget. Hey, it’s a renovation - stuff happened. But whenever there was a issue, it was professionally handled and dealt with to our complete satisfaction with no extra costs. The Builder-Trend program was a brilliant communication tool that kept everyone informed and current. Rob who did the tile work and Jesse who did the mudding deserve special mention for their craftsmanship, their work is simply beautiful. Everyone was a complete pleasure to work with and everyone was completely honest and direct, nothing was hidden. So bottom line, would we use Envision again? Yes; in a heartbeat!
