After reviewing bids for a bathroom renovation, we picked Daniel Bray Renovation. We liked the finished bathroom so much, we asked him to do a complete kitchen reno that involved stripping everything down to the studs, electrical and extensive structural work.
All performed renos meet current building codes, electrical performed by licensed electricians, gas work by licensed technician, planned and reviewed by Star Engineering, and quickly approved by the City inspector. Dan and his hardworking work and design crew are all personable to work with, provided multiple recommendations for materials and layouts that fit within the budget, were flexible when required and were always available to answer questions. Time estimates were respected even through the pandemic.
Every effort was made to accommodate Covid 19 safety precautions in distancing and masking, the team was as clean as possible constantly sweeping and vacuuming and the attention to detail was remarkable. Dan was able to pick out and perform touchups that we didn't even notice were required!
