This review is well overdue. We were so happy and lucky to go with Finished Basement to renovate our dingy and dark basement last October. They have all supplies in-house, and we did not come to appreciate this bit until much later, after we heard stories about delays due to lumber shortage/price surge. They have completed the basement in 9 working days. Right in time for us to welcome our baby.

This is one of the best companies we have selected for our home project. This team works like a well oiled machine and I am in awe of their precision, dedication and stellar customer service. When working with a contractor , we seek integrity , worksmanship and accountability. The crew and Slava went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for coordinating our permit approval and thanks for all the coaching and guidance on the rebate. They re-installed a sump pump that was poorly installed ( DIY job). They waterproof over 20 feet of our basement and installed a backflow valve. All these tasks were performed in one day and within short notice. Working with a company of their caliber , you might also score some of their promotions. We were very lucky to have requested their services. Thanks again. What an amazing company! They made a lot of recommendations that saved us quite a bit of money. They did an amazing job at relocating our existing ductwork, relocating our cold air return and adding an extra return air to our kid room. The basement ceiling looks so much taller, and we can confidently say that we have an energy-efficient home now. They have installed a new hot water heater and were so kind as to bring the old tank upstairs for disposal. What impressed me the most about the install is how clean the PVC pipe looked compared to a previous installation. Thank you Five Lions for using clear caulking to preserve the look of our exterior wall. My experience with you demonstrated to me that you truly care about your customers and take great pride in your work and company. You have new loyal customers!
