After undertaking a underpinning renovation in my basement, and with framing and drywall up, I contacted Sean at Hayes Drywall to see about mudding and taping the drywall to finish for painting. Sean came in and gave me a quote for the job but also gave me the option of doing a skim coat instead of mudding and taping. It was a little bit more money, but avoided all of the dust that goes with mudding and sanding. And the results were outstanding! The skim coat that Sean applied was perfect. The many corners and angles in the basement were finished with a high degree of quality. Sean took care in completing his job, always ensuring that I was happy with the progress. Hayes Drywall went above and beyond, ensuring all of my finishing concerns were taken care of so that the basement was ready for paint. Sean kept the worksite clean on a daily basis and was a pleasure to have working in my home. I would highly recommend Hayes Drywall!

I am very happy with my choice of Pegasus Underpinning to complete an underpin of our property in the Beach neighbourhood. I initially met with Cliff and after seeing his quote I signed on with him. His quote was approximately the same price as other quotes I had received but his quote was much more thorough and transparent in outlining the job and some potential situations/problems that could arise from such a job, as well as exact costs related to any problems. Bernard was the lead for the team that completed the underpin and he was awesome. He and his crew showed up at the same time every morning, worked hard, were tidy and organized and were just a good group of guys. Sara and I both felt really comfortable having them around which makes a big difference for a project of this scope. It was also evident that they took pride in/enjoyed their work, and the company they worked for. If I ever had questions or concerns Cliff almost always answered his phone, and if he didn't he would call me back within a half hour without fail. For a job this size, many questions and concerns can come up and it gave us peace of mind to know that Cliff was always available to explain things. The underpin is now complete and looks great. The quality of work is definitely there and I now will be using Pegasus to frame out the new basement.
