New Home Construction. Terrible Customer service!
The initial sales process with Westview was great and then things went downhill from there. There was weeks and weeks of delays on construction of our house with never a reasonable answer as to why. They seemed to rush to get us in by our possession date when at times absolutely nothing was being done on our house for sometimes several weeks. When we did take possession there was a definete lacking of attention to detail. The walk through was also done with the company general manager which was very strange. He was mostly interested in just having us sign off on our walk through, brushing off most of our concerns as being no big deal. 6 mths later there is still deficencies that have not been repaired or have been done poorly. Not to mention items that are still to be completed from our 45 day warranty appointemt. Its been 6 mths and we still don't have our stained front door after they destroyed the first one and then put it on the house. They waited till late fall to do our grade when they had all summer. It didn't pass and they never bothered to have the company come back. Now were being told it won't be down till this summer. It is a constant struggle to get this company to complete anything. They always have an excuse or blame it on there trades. The reason you have a house built by a builder is so that you don't have to deal with trades, so I fail to see how they feel that is our prolem. If you don't constantly email, text or phone them its like you don't exsist anymore. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience my wife and I have ever had and we would definetely not build with Westview again or in good conscience recommend them to our friends and family.
