We had an energy audit performed on our house and it recommended increasing the attic insulation (from ~R24 to R60). We chose Reitzel based on the excellent reviews. They inspected the attic, made several recommendations to ensure best performance (eg sealing around skylight, replacing non insulated exhaust fan ducting, etc), and provided a detailed quote. The work was done professionly and efficiently. The crew was friendly, explained how they would do the work, and did a great job containing the dust and cleaning up. We have no hesitation recommending Reitzel to others.

Taylor arrived right on schedule and did a great job of cleaning and sanitizing the ducts. He was very thorough and pointed out a couple of deficiencies in our ductwork and how to manage the problems. (These were existing conditions that had never been brought to our attention by previous duct cleaning companies!) Taylor found a serious problem with our dryer vent and was able to repair it. We are very pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Orsan Air Services.
