We hired Rafael and his team to renovate our two upstairs bathrooms and were extremely happy that we did. While we did not change the layouts of the bathrooms, we ripped everything out back to the studs and completely updated everything in them. Andres and Roman worked full days every single weekday for approximately six weeks and completed the job on time and on budget. Rafael came to the house at least every Friday to check on progress and let us know what would be happening next and to answer all of our questions (we had lots!). We would absolutely recommend Home Build S.A. to anyone else - Rafael was professional and prepared a very detailed quote and payment schedule to start with, and was very transparent whenever additional work that we requested was out of the initial scope and how much extra it would cost (for example, we decided to do a complicated tile pattern and to add a custom built-in cabinet - for both, he explained how much they would cost in advance so we could decide whether to move forward with them). He was also very easy to get in touch with via phone or text at all times, even during evenings and on weekends. His crew was very professional and friendly and we never had any concerns leaving them alone in our house (they even took great care of our dog, who now misses having his friends around all the time). All of the other tradespeople who were brought in (plumber, electrician, painter, cabinet maker, etc.) were also great. Overall we are extremely happy with the results (pictures of the final products attached - unfortunately I can't figure out how to rotate them properly on this website) and we will definitely use Rafael and his team for our next renovation project. We would highly recommend them for any renovation projects around the house.

The KNT team was fantastic. We had some known residual knob and tube wiring left when we purchased our new home. Danny came and did an inspection on a weekend, which didn't take long, and sent us a quote shortly after to replace the old wiring and otherwise bring out electrical up to code. We decided to go with KNT based on their reasonable quote and the reviews on this website. They completed the work ahead of schedule and below their quote! The team was very respectful and easy to communicate with throughout. Replacing knob and tube is a messy job, but they patched the walls and primed them for painting, and cleaned everything up after they were finished. We would 100% recommend KNT for knob and tube removal (or any other electrical work). They were very professional, reasonably priced and easy to work with. If we ever need more electrical work done, they will be our first call.
