Very disappointed in the service and quality provided. Apparently, all you need is a vacuum and a van to start a duct cleaning business. The owner is nice and friendly, but workmanship and professionalism is definitely lacking. Without explaining what the process is they begin by cutting large holes in your duct system and drilling holes throughout to blow all dust and dirt to the bottom of the furnace. Another guy goes around the home and uses a vacuum to blow dust throughout. In the end... the dust and dirt is just loosened and spread throughout the home. Don’t be fooled by the low cost quote and waste your $200. It’s true you get what you pay for.
