Paul from Monarch Landscaping transformed our property from needing help to an amazing property. He transformed all four sides of the home which all contained issues from the previous owners and builder. We purchased this home from a landscaper(previous owner)but I knew that the exterior premises had issues. Paul was able to fix the grading of the back, side and front yards so that water flows away from our home and not towards it. Paul installed beautiful two tone stone with black borders, he improved the curb appeal by adding in curved walkways and a flowerbed border; the curved walkway takes advantage of the sweeping flow created by the snowball boxwood shrubs & the flowerbed border artfully contains the plant life & adds a distinctive, sharp accent, thereby creating a unique curb appeal. He repaired our leaning falling down fence (due to insufficient concrete installed by previous owners)and built some attractive  wooden decorative privacy structures and steps; these items greatly increased functionality and provided a sense of privacy in the backyard. When the new large Recycle bins arrived, Paul took the time to install a large stone pad to enable us to store them along side the garage and makes easy access. He moved my perennial, fixed and created new flowerbed and installed mulch. One thing, that I greatly appreciated was that Paul took the time to be kind, respectful and was interested in listening to my ideas on the backyard design and function plus, provided me with his professional expert advice on what could be done. His professionalism and craftsmanship has added such a gorgeous curb appeal to our property that it is now the envy of our neighborhood.
