Before I met Frano I had another company do some interior basement system waterproofing. When the basement leaked, the company didn't honor their warranty and gave me so many excuses that I knew I was going to go nowhere with that company. I decided to start over again and look for a company that knows what they are doing. My idea was to waterproof the exterior and properly redo the interior with weeping tile. You may think it is overkill to do inside/outside, but this area has a high water table. Also the house is 100 years old and the basement block walls were in bad shape. As well there was no existing exterior weeping tiles. When it was exposed, the exterior wall were in rough shape. Mortar was gone between some blocks. Some gaps could fit a whole hand in them. As for the interior, water was rising from below the house hence the need for internal weepers. This was a big job and Frano professionally handled it with ease. When the entire basement floor had to be broken and taken out - Frano's crew handled it. There were no shortcuts. Frano saw the job completed through to the end. He even contracted/oversaw the cement company who poured our basement floor and exterior laneway. Alot of other companies would tell you to find your own cement guy and you're own your own.
