We were quoted $2400 and ended up paying approx. $3900! We had a move out of a 3 storey townhouse with storage for 2 weeks and then move in to a house. The workers were very slow on Day 1 and we were charged the hourly rate for when they were stuck in traffic! We feel ripped off. Avoid this company at all costs.

* review and score updated (from 4 to 8). Had a follow up decor studio appointment and we were assured it was a personnel issue and wouldn’t happen again. The appointment itself was great and the manager was very Helpful. * Currently in process of getting Single house built in Milton. Had first decor studio appointment. The Good: The sales experience was really good. Sales team was very responsive and the whole process was very smooth Decor studio appointment booked in a timely manner. Lots of options to chose from Bad: After first decor studio appointment, we were promised we’d get quotes on our upgrades and answers regarding special requests within a week or two. This was 4 months ago and we have not heard anything back even though we’ve sent multiple follow up emails and calls (no one picks up and mailbox is always full) We were called to book our follow up decor studio appointment last week and the person promised we would get the quotes and responses the following day and we again have not heard anything. Hoping they can improve our experience. We booked with Country Homes after reading so many good reviews on here and unfortunately, our experience so far hasn’t been good.
