Ryan did a great job installing 3 potlights in the kitchen, and a new dimmer switch and when I asked him if he could help with a light over my sink that had burned out, he quickly installed another pot light under the cabinet. I make a point of always talking to the company on the phone and he impressed me from the start. I had one bad potlight and two that worked but were very old. He gave me the options to just fix the broken one and did not try to forcefully upsell me like another person had done. I decided to get all 3 done after he answered a few more of my questions. His price for adding on the dimmer switch was very reasonable. He contacted me two days before to confirm the time as promised. He arrived on time and brought everything he needed with him in his van. He worked efficiently and finished quickly, cleaning up the debris before he went. I would strongly recommend Potlight Wizard to anyone looking for exceptional high quality service at a reasonable price.

He came right on time and with only a few days notice, perfect timing, was very accommodating. He fixed the lock and also tightened the hinges on the door so the door knob did not need to be replaced. I really was grateful. He also spent extra time filing down my key so it would fit better in the lock I also had asked him to confirm the key of the lock he fixed would still work in other doors keyed the same. He identified issues with that door knob and lock that explained problems I had been having and I had him fix those. But no pressure from him to do it, my choice. He was pleasant and did great work. I would definitely hire him again!
