Mike did a fantastic job preparing the engineering drawings for our main floor and basement renovation. We're having extensive work done in our basement, including underpinning, structural beam work, and new walk out. Not only did Mike provide a sound engineering plan for our basement, he also worked with us to create a new basement floor plan that suits our family needs and maximizes every single square foot of our urban small basement. As for the City permit approvals, Mike over delivered in every way! He was able to get the permits approved in one day, including approval for the contentious new windows for our living room. Overall, we're extremely happy with K H Davis. Mike is great to work with, is attentive and goes above and beyond to help his clients. We highly recommend K H Davis.

We are thrilled with the landscaping work completed by Peter and his team. We initially contacted Green Apple with the intent to only landscape our back and side yards. However, after our first meeting with Andrea, the designer, we were more than impressed by her portfolio and decided to expand our project to include our front yard. We now have a beautiful outdoor living space that exceeds our expectations. We chose Green Apple because we didn't want the run of the mill design for our outdoor space. We researched quite a few landscaping companies before we decided on Green Apple. While there are companies out there that will do the job cheaper, at the end of the day, you get what you pay for and Green Apple was the best choice for us. We didn't want to compromise on the quality of work and level of customer service. Victor (our foreman) is extremely talented and he, along with Peter and Andrea, always came up with an innovative solution each time we needed to modify the original plans. Quite a few neigbours and other people passing by our house have commented on our beautiful yard. We would highly recommend Green Apple to others.
