Locksmith Nick came out on a lousy-weather day to pop a locked, antique trunk (a family inheritance) that my daughter wants to use. Nick was polite, friendly and efficient. He had to cut the lock open, but he took care to do as little damage as possible. The service call was pricey, but to have this family keepsake handled so professionally was worth it.
