We hired Reiner to assist us with rebuilding our garage and later our deck. I describe Reiner's service to my friends as being the "wedding planner of contracting". Reiner's 30+ years in contracting his given him many contacts. He makes the contracting process easy. He gives you very helpful advice, provides you with quotes from builders he trusts, and he ensures that the builders stay on track and finish their projects to your, and his, satisfaction. We have been very pleased with the outcome of both of our projects and would highly recommend Reiner's services. While his services are an additional cost over an above your project, I would not start a construction project without his assistance. His minimal fee (relative to the rest of a project) is by far the best money you will spend on your project. Reiner is also extremely reliable and dependable.

Alex has helped us with architectural drawings for both our deck (September 2012) and our garage (2011/2012). It is always a pleasure to work with him. He is quick and efficient. He listens to your requirements and "vision" and is willing to amend his drawings when you have additional ideas, amendments, wishes or corrections. Alex also assists with obtaining the required permits from the City, which is extremely helpful. We would absolutely recommend hiring Alex.
