I also had an appointment no show recently but was not told of a death, just that someone was supposed to call. I think this must be a small company because i have never had anyone answer the phone when i call and always takes a few days for a call back. not sure if this is bc it was a wag jag..still hoping for smoeone to call back really want this cleaning done before my new baby arrives...will update with actual service report if/when this happens!

I shouldn't even have to come on here to respond to this! Sorry but we had a death in the family, I'm not sure how other people deal with their family deaths or close friends but this is prob the most un greatful reviews we have had in 26 years!! And yes it is a small business with only 4 trucks but its family owned and operated and we have shut down for a week or so. We have lost a member of our family and shouldn't have to debate it on here! If you must know it was our sister that answers the calls and books.
I feel as if we come out to do your home it will be just a confict, please ask for a refund!!
