We found Premium Custom Shutters Inc. on Home Stars. Nano came on the day of our final viewing of the house we bought and did a really quick measurement. The next day Ken came to show us samples and gave us a quote for the entire house. We also received quotes from 4 other Shutter companies from Home Stars. Although PC shutters was not the cheapest quote, they were also not the highest quote we received. We chosed PC Shutters because of the quality of the shutter samples that was shown to us. Ken came by and took the exact measurement and told us the date it would be ready to install. Ken and another employee came on the date of the installation and did everything in a fast and professional manner without making a mess. Ken walked us through the entire house afterwards to make sure we were happy with the way it looked. My hushand had a small issue with one of the window. Ken did not hesitate to sugguest a solution and it fixed the window issue. We are very happy with the quality of the shutter and how it makes our house look. Ken's sugguestion of the silver hinges looks amazing and very modern. Our house now looks 10 times better and alot brighter. Thanks to Ken and PC Shutters!! I would definitely recommend you guys to my familiy and friends!!

Thank you Bart and Rami for doing such a great job with the installation of our new HD TV. I gave Bart a call after reading the great reviews on Home Stars. Bart and Rami came at such short notice and on a long weekend too! They were professional and curteous. They are an expert at when they do. After explaing to them as to what we wanted done they did it in a timely manner and also cleaned up afterwards as well! After connecting the TV they also helped us connect our cable box and PS3. We had some issue connecting to our cable box and instead of leaving and telling us to call our cable company they stayed and waited until it worked. Bart went the extra mile by fixing our cable issue for not just the TV he installed but also the cable issue for the other 2 TV's in the house. I would highly recommend Bart and his company to my familiy and friends!

We book John from AA Elite to do the first home inspection but due to the major fixes and the sellers not budging we let that house go. So now we bought another house and called AA Elite again since we had such a great experience the first time. John was not available but Steve was able to do our inspection. Steve was amazing as well. He showed up 1 hour earlier to inspect the roof and the exterior of the house because he knew it would start raining soon. Very pro-active! When we got there he took his time to go over his exterior findings with us with the pics he took on his camera. Steve is also very detailed. He answered all our questions and gave us an explanation of what he was doing and why he was doing it. He pointed out the minors fixes. For this new property luckily we didn't have any major issues. Steve went the extra step to tell us how we can avoid major issues by fixes the minor ones and how we can save money. He was so thorough he even impressed our Agent. The 3 hours went by so quickly. Afterwards Steve took his time to go over each picture with us and do a summary recap of what was going to be in his report. We were so impressed with him. In the end we decided we can do the minor fixes ourselves and we bought the house. Both Steve and John of AA Elite sent is their report the same night. I would like to thank John for his amazing feedback and expertise. We were looking into buying a home and it was sale conditional on home inspection. I tried booking the appointment online but it was fully book. I called John directly and he managed to squeeze us in last minute. John was so friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great conversation and with John's advice we did some homework on the house we're looking to puchased and ended up not buying it since there were some issues that we couldn't move forward with. We ended up not doing the inspection. We will definately use John for our future home inspections. Such a smart guy!
