Did a full house painting as part of selling our home. Lots of painting and some unique rooms requiring attention to detail with wooden beams in sunroom not to mention fixing some past water damage on drywall. Paul provided us the confidence that we were in good hands unlike others who gave us quotes that we had a gut feel we would not be able to trust. He provided us with advice on painting options to save money and also checked all the painters results. If we had any concerns he made sure to fix them. Even better is that he didn't nitpick us on the scope of rooms to paint for little things we forgot. Thank you guys for the great job!

Michael did an excellent job with the inspection done as a condition of a home purchase. He was very thorough and identified issues to look out for proactively. The best part is that Michael's keen eye noticed that the roof was slightly sloping, and when investigating, noticed that the garage loft that was built potentially had some structural issues that required investigation. The current owner had done an inspection as well and their inspector did not identify this issue at all. Thankfully, Michael helped position us to negotiate with the owner to rectify the issue. This was HUGE! I'm not sure I would have seen this issue unless it was pointed out either. THANK YOU MICHAEL! My experience is also a good lesson that you should never use an inspector recommended by a real estate agent, there could be some bias! Get a 3rd party objective opinion and you probably want Michael and 4Sight on your side for this too! Cheers.
