When I found out the tech didn’t have a clue of what was wrong and told me outer tub is cracked and 3 other problems he created ,That was going to cost me over $750.00 .I talked to a girl in the office which was very rude and threatened me to take me to collection and ruin my credit if I don’t pay the $316. I paid $316.40 and went and bought Same washer from the brick with 5 year warranty free delivery and installation and parts and to pick the old one for $900.
