We are very happy with Vito's professional service at the house we recently bought. He provided detailed checks inside and outside the house, checking the basement, garage, laundry, deck, rooms, bathrooms, attic and roof. Vito checked the plumbing, electrical panel, outlets, lights, furnace, water heater, vents, windows. In addition, for an extra $50, we asked Vito to scan the the house with infrared camera. During the inspection he advised us on some things we have to consider in near future. All the work lasted less than hour and a half. Later in the same day, Vito emailed us a detailed report with all results of the inspection. Based on the results, we waived the inspection condition for the house. Overall, we will definitely recommend Vito to our friends and acquaintances whenever we'll be asked.
