Jean-Paul (project manager) came by to see the work area, discuss options and take measurements for the estimate. THIG went through my condo management's approval process to get approval for the work. Vic and his team did the work of framing, installing drywall and doors and painting. The end result looked pretty good, although not perfect since there are a few small gaps between the frame and trim that can be seen, but these do not detract from the overall look too much. I was happy with the competitive pricing offered for the job, although there was some confusion since the estimate did not include the cost of doors and frame, which I had to buy. The doors and frame I bought were not what they expected and this led to some late additional costs (about 10% more). Ideally, we should have discussed the materials to be bought in greater detail up front to avoid potential snags during the work. Overall, I am happy with the work done and the time taken to do the work. It was efficient and done within 1 week. Everyone at THIG was responsive and professional throughout and they made it easy to work with them.
