Professional, courteous, 6 minutes late but called ahead to advise on arrival time (don't see that too often). Detailed inspection of various areas vulnerable to vermin entry while patiently explaining process and critter psychology - pretty educational stuff.

Wayne and his Team had done some parging work for us in the past, so when our home needed some exterior brickwork repairs, I called Wayne again. What can I say?
