HD in Parkdale-High Park

The shower handle came off in my hand and I could not get it back on. Also the plastic hose in my Toilet Tank came off. So, I called Mr. Rooter and they just left. Neil came and fixed the problem. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and what is more he treated me with respect. He made sure that he cleaned up any mess he made. He even wore booties to make sure he did not leave marks on the floor. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable...I thought it would be much more that he charged.

Service Tech. was scheduled to arrive between 3-7PM. He arrived at 3:10PM...found the motor on the furnace seized and had to be replace. He replaced it and made sure the furnace was running before he left. He knew what needed to be done and after checking with me did the work. He had the furnace up and running by 4:00PM. He was kind, courteous, treated me with respect and he was understood the problem and how to fix it. He was in and out of the house in less than an hour. Furnace has been working fine ever since.
