One of the speakers on my Sony bookshelf stereo had been cutting in and out for at least 6 months. I finally got fed up and called Oscar, after reading his reviews on Homestars. I called Oscar at 6pm, told him my problem and he said he would come over in an hour and a half. He showed up right when he said he would, took a look at the stereo, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He said that one of the RCA jacks was loose and that he would take the stereo with him, fix it, and return it the next day - all for $55. He delivered the stereo the next day and it sounds fantastic! He also provided a one year warranty. I highly recommend Oscar!
