I booked Green Drop for the first time this year. They indicated they would be out to aerate, seed, fertilize/weed kill my lawn within 7 business days (if no rain) and then they would come to fertilize an another 4 times during the summer. Someone came to aerate and seed 15 business days later and it took 25 business days before someone came to fertilize and weed (and it only rained 2 days that whole time). So when am I suppose to get the other 4 treatments of fertilizer? At this rate they will still be fertilizing my lawn in December. To make matters worse, after the fertilizer/weed killer was applied I have half a dozen burn spots on my lawn! I called to complain and was told someone from green drop will come out to assess the lawn within the next 7 business days. Seriously? The whole point of purchasing their services was to have beautiful green lawn and instead I have wound up with lawn covered in burn spots which might be fixed sometime in July or August if I'm lucky at this rate. A total waste of money. I will NEVER use these guys again. Shame on me for not reading these reviews first before I hired these guys.

This was the second inspection we have done with Accurate. Once again they exceeded our expectations. The inspector was through and took the time to answer our questions. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

This was our first home purchase and the inspector was very knowledgeable, thorough and pointed out some major concerns with the house which helped us make an informed decision to not purchase the house. Thanks Accurate!

These guys do anything and everything to pad their bill. A small water leak turned into a 2 month project where everything and anything gets ripped up so they can add the cost of repairing it to their bill. Have a small leak in your bathroom? Think it should be a small job? Maybe so, but don't call these guys. They will gut your bathroom and then gut your bedroom just for good measure. The best part is that they are keen to rip it up, but not so keen to fix it. Projects will drag on and on and you will spend most of your time harassing them to finish the job. These guys are anything but "on side". Stay far, far away.
