To be short: they do professional job; yet in the crew of two Randy and Cory, the last one has apparent trend to make some mess: leaving litter after work, cutting wallpaper inside the house while pushing old windows, catting wood inside the house and wiping the dust behind the sofa. Randy is a good old school, while Cory has to be watched as his grim and spark in his eyes is not sincere. I found the communication with the company as difficult; office makes mistakes and wrong claims as to the contract wordings, the crew looked exhausted and I believe they sacrifice job quality and their well being in that rat race to get as much orders as possible regardless their normal labour force capability. I questioned these as shortcuts to co-owner Paul yet he was not interested to follow once he got my money. So folks watch Cory then you may get all done well as advertised. Cory seems believing he knows where he can puts less efforts to make things done very well.

Hi Michael.

I appreciate you taking the time to submit this review. I have called and left a few voicemails as an effort to try and gather some more information.

I did speak to Randy and Corey who were fairly surprised to read this as when they left site and did the walk through everything seemed to be completed to your satisfaction. As you mentioned this is our second job for you, and both done by the same crew 6 years apart, Randy and Corey have always been very detail orientated and ethical people or we would not have them working for us.

With regards to your comment of wrong claims- credit card processing fees have a cost of 2%, in an effort to give you the best price we gave you the 2% discount and marked that on the contract- "payment to be made by cheque only" this was approved by you, however, you called when the job was complete and after a brief phone call I agreed to take credit card at no additional charge for you. If there is more to the "office making mistakes and wrong claims" I would enjoy to know the specifics so we can make an attempt to not leave others with the same feeling you have.

Lastly, with regards to Paul, I have spoken with him, and much like Corey and Randy were surprised to hear of your displeasure, Paul had felt he had went the extra mile, which included driving you from a doctors appointment back to your house prior to his meeting with you, along with subsequent site visits by our other team members to ensure openings/sizing etc. Paul does usually like to do a walk through when things are completed, however, he wasn't able to get by and had no indication or opportunity to try and make this right for you.
