I purchased 7 appliances in Aug 2019), inspection and installation. The sale person ordered my fridge panels wrong. They had the nerve to ask me to place 84" panels on an 80" door. I told them to return them and bring me the right size. The sales person charged me another $500 to order my new doors, saying its policy. Policy to charge me again after I had already paid my balance. The sales person ordered the wrong door panels again. 6 weeks later I still don't have them. The manager is no better. I explained that I can't use my fridge and my children can't use. I told them after the second mistake that they need to reimburse me. All I am told is we are working on it? No one apologizes no on holds themselves accountable for their actions. They made the mistake why do I have to pay for it repeatedly from their incompetence. I left a message for the regional manager. I wont hold my breath. Its funny how when someone does something wrong they try to hide it or blame someone else instead of saying they made the mistake "twice". This is suppose to be a place of business and that behaviour is disgusting. I work so hard to make my dream kitchen and this experience is one of the worst ones for me. I am still waiting for my "correct bill of sale" b/c the original is wrong. I am exasperated from this experience.
