I hired Sam to sand and stain the deck and repair damaged parts of the fence. He inspected it thoroughly and suggested a power wash, followed by sanding n staining. The finished work exceeded my expectations. Sam is punctual, organized, pays attention to details, very helpful with additional asks and reliable.
